Hi my name is Kaitlynn and this is just a little bit about me. I grew up in Colorado and in the spa/cosmetology industry, my mom a cosmetologist and salon owner. The world I grew up in was amazing. True girl hood and I knew right away I wanted to be a part of that.Surrounded by all the fields I loved nails right away and gravitated to them. I saw how nails changed a person. They gave someone confidence, attitude and class. I wanted to be the person that could give that to people and thus started my obsession. I gave my first manicure at 10 and when I would play with my friends, I would set up a mini nail salon and do my friends nails. There was no time to waste so my Jr. year of high school I got licensed and come 2013 I was ready to take on the industry. Along the way I have struggled and been humbled but always growing. Continued education, clients feedback, and fellow nail techs I've met along the way have been a pillar to my growth and I am grateful for my continued journey. After working with all the products, I chose soft gel and hard gel products to be my main squeeze and suite rental as the best environment for me and my clients. To say I love what I do is an understatement. My mission in my private suite is to give you a luxury uninterrupted appointment that allows you to use your time for more than just your appointment. You can vent freely, listen to a book, take a call, watch your favorite show, or vibe to music and simply rest. I am taking your nails seriously and that means that I take my time. I have been living in Breckenridge now for 4 years and was brought here by my sister from Denver. My free time is most spent creating art, enjoying my rent, going for long walks with my boyfriend, and running side quests with my sister. I would describe myself as someone who comes off serious, but really I'm clumsy and goofy. I choose to see things has a glass half full and know I am not for everyone, but I might be for you. CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING 💖 By scheduling an appointment with **KaitlynNails303**, you agree to the following terms and policies: 📅 **Booking Responsibility** * You are responsible for selecting the correct **date, time, and service**. * If you booked incorrectly and cannot find another available time, you have **24 hours** to notify Kaitlynn for a **refund of your deposit**. * **No changes or refunds** will be accepted after 24 hours. * Within **48 hours** of your appointment, **all bookings are final**. 💳 **Deposits** * A **50% non-refundable deposit** is required to secure your appointment. * The remaining balance is due at your appointment. ⏰ **Late Policy** * If you are **15 minutes late**, your appointment will be **canceled**. * You will **lose your deposit** and be charged the **remaining 50%** of your service total. * **Note:** This means **in the chair** by the 15-minute mark—not parking. ❌ **Cancellations & Rescheduling** * Cancellations or reschedules **within 48 hours** of your appointment: * You will **lose your deposit** and be charged the **remaining 50%**. * This includes **rescheduling** within the 48-hour window. * If you reschedule **before 48 hours**, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment. **No refunds**, but **credit will be held**. * If Kaitlynn cancels due to illness or emergencies, you'll be offered a new appointment. If you're not local, you may **gift your deposit** to a friend or use it within **1 year**. 🙋♀️ **Client Cancellations** * If you cancel **within 48 hours** and **your time slot is filled** with an appointment of **equal or greater value**, you may **reschedule using your original deposit**. * If you cancel **before 48 hours** and can’t rebook within 180 days (due to travel), you may **donate your deposit** to a friend. 💅 **Nail Fixes** * Nail repairs are free within **4 days** of your appointment if: * You notify Kaitlynn within that time. * She has availability. * Fixes requested after 4 days will require a **paid appointment**. * Please care for your nails—nail health is a shared responsibility. ❄️ **Weather Policy** * Weather-related cancellations follow **county school closures**. * If schools are open, appointments will continue as scheduled. * If rescheduling is needed due to weather, your **deposit remains non-refundable** but can be used for a **future appointment within 1 year** or **gifted to a friend**. --- **Thank you for respecting these policies.
