Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING 💖 By scheduling an appointment with **KaitlynNails303**, you agree to the following terms and policies: 📅 **Booking Responsibility** * You are responsible for selecting the correct **date, time, and service**. * If you booked incorrectly and cannot find another available time, you have **24 hours** to notify Kaitlynn for a **refund of your deposit**. * **No changes or refunds** will be accepted after 24 hours. * Within **48 hours** of your appointment, **all bookings are final**. 💳 **Deposits** * A **50% non-refundable deposit** is required to secure your appointment. * The remaining balance is due at your appointment. ⏰ **Late Policy** * If you are **15 minutes late**, your appointment will be **canceled**. * You will **lose your deposit** and be charged the **remaining 50%** of your service total. * **Note:** This means **in the chair** by the 15-minute mark—not parking. ❌ **Cancellations & Rescheduling** * Cancellations or reschedules **within 48 hours** of your appointment: * You will **lose your deposit** and be charged the **remaining 50%**. * This includes **rescheduling** within the 48-hour window. * If you reschedule **before 48 hours**, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment. **No refunds**, but **credit will be held**. * If Kaitlynn cancels due to illness or emergencies, you'll be offered a new appointment. If you're not local, you may **gift your deposit** to a friend or use it within **1 year**. 🙋‍♀️ **Client Cancellations** * If you cancel **within 48 hours** and **your time slot is filled** with an appointment of **equal or greater value**, you may **reschedule using your original deposit**. * If you cancel **before 48 hours** and can’t rebook within 180 days (due to travel), you may **donate your deposit** to a friend. 💅 **Nail Fixes** * Nail repairs are free within **4 days** of your appointment if: * You notify Kaitlynn within that time. * She has availability. * Fixes requested after 4 days will require a **paid appointment**. * Please care for your nails—nail health is a shared responsibility. ❄️ **Weather Policy** * Weather-related cancellations follow **county school closures**. * If schools are open, appointments will continue as scheduled. * If rescheduling is needed due to weather, your **deposit remains non-refundable** but can be used for a **future appointment within 1 year** or **gifted to a friend**. --- **Thank you for respecting these policies.
